Sculptural Bee Dangle Earrings - Sterling Silver

Two finely detailed bees mounted on sterling silver earring hooks.

The bodies of each insect are hand-sculpted in wax and then cast in metal. The wings are hand cut from a thin silver plate that has been textured using horse hair. The horse hair creates a surface pattern that mimics the beautiful and delicate veins of the insects' wings.

All of the findings and chains used in my ready to wear collection are solid sterling silver or gold fill. 

All Invidiosa Jewelry is crafted with heirloom-quality materials, however it is recommended to remove your sterling silver or gold fill items during certain activities, such as like sleeping, showering, swimming, or any heavy lifting, to ensure their longevity.
