Shipping policy

Shipping times and carriers are dependent on the value of the item.

Items under $500.00 are shipped with Canada Post, and generally take 3-5 business days within Canada. All packages are shipped with a tracking number. Please let us know if you would like to add insurance.  

We are currently only fulfilling orders within Canada, but will be updating this soon! Feel free to reach out if you would like an order shipped outside of Canada, and I will assist on a case by case basis. 

Items over $500.00 are shipped with FedEx and take 1-2 business days within Canada. These parcels will be tracked, insured, and require a direct signature. 

If you need an item by a specific date, please reach out to let me know and I will do my best to accommodate!

Our production timelines are as follows:

Ready to ship items: 1-3 business days

Made to order (no alterations): 1-3 weeks 

Made to order (with alteration): 2-4 weeks

Custom work: 6-12 weeks 

If I believe an order will take longer to process than the above mentioned timelines, I will be in touch with you directly to discuss the turnaround time.
