This petite version of the Isla ring features a lively 0.60ct Australian oval cut natural green sapphire. This vibrant centre stone is set in warm 14k yellow gold, and is flanked by delicate and symmetrical clusters of lab grown diamonds, including four round brilliant cuts and two pear cuts.
